Product information
Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Phospho-ATG16L1 (Ser278) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, PC3 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS medium. Cells were amino acid starved with DPBS (containing Ca2+, Mg2+ and glucose) for 4 hours at 37°C. Cells were lysed in 2 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis Buffer.
