Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Phospho-ATF-2 (Thr71) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, Ramos cells were cultured to approximately 1 x 106 cells/mL in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium and lysed at 5 x 106 cells/mL with Lysis Buffer.
