Overview
These Alpha Donor beads are conjugated with a proprietary CaptSure™ 3 agent that immobilizes CaptSure™ 3-tagged antibodies. These CaptSure™ Donor beads are being offered as a standalone item in case of need of replacement, for use in AlphaLISA™ SureFire® Biotin Free assays. CaptSure™ 3-conjugated beads are already included in all AlphaLISA™ SureFire® Biotin Free kits, used in the detection of phosphoproteins in cell lysates. This product is provided at lower stock concentration than our standard Alpha toolbox products, to match the concentration of beads provided in AlphaLISA™ SureFire® Biotin Free kits.
