These 7mL tubes include screw caps to contain samples and beads in a secure vessel during bead milling and sample homogenization. They are popular for use with tough sample lysis and extraction for larger volumes or sample mass, up to 5 mL. Recommended and performance-verified with the Omni Bead Ruptor Elite bead mill homogenizer equipped with the 7 mL Tube Carriage for rapid processing for common molecular workflows that require analyte extraction from difficult-to-lyse matrices or tough tissues, including DNA, RNA, and protein extraction.
