Overview

Originally formulated to accept up to 2.0 M ammonium phosphate with fast and easy mixing, Ultima-Flo AP demonstrates high counting efficiency and quench resistance for a wide variety of sample types. For those researchers using ammonium phosphate buffers to elute radiolabeled inositol phosphates from HPLC columns, Ultima-Flo AP provides high sample acceptance over the entire gradient. Other gradients, such as up to 1.0 M PBS and 1.0 M sodium hydroxide, can also be accepted by this premium cocktail at good mixing ratios.

Features:

  • High sample loading capacity
  • High counting efficiency
  • Low viscosity
  • Non-gelling
  • High flash-point of approximately 120°C
