Overview

This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse High Specificity Total SMAD3 Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, RAW 264.7 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, treated with 50 ng/mL TGF-β for 90 minutes and lysed with 6 mL of Lysis Buffer.
