Overview

This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Phospho-ATG14 (Ser29) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, PC-3 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium. Cells were treated with 200 nM Torin 1 for 3 hours and lysed with 2 mL Lysis Buffer.
