Overview

This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human and Mouse Phospho-LATS1 (Thr1079) or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, THP1 cells were treated with 100 nM calyculin for 3 hours and lysed at a density of 8 x 10⁶ cells/mL.
