Overview

This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Phospho-IR-β (Insulin Receptor Beta) (Tyr1150/1151) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, CHO cells transfected with the insulin receptor (CHO-IR cells), cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing media, then treated with 2 µg/mL Insulin for 15 minutes and lysed
with 4 mL of Lysis Buffer.
