DNA X-Mark Chip

The X-Mark DNA LabChip allows measurement of NGS libraries and cfDNA samples with minimal sample volume as low as 1µL and provides an easy, high throughput method to measure the size and concentration of precious samples. cfDNA samples and DNA library samples in concentrations as low as 2.5 pg/µL (on plate after dilution with marker solution) can be easily analyzed.

Overview

Analyzing DNA samples using Revvity’s microfluidic chips including the X-Mark Chip on the LabChip systems saves time and money by automating steps for analyzing size and purity and replaces agarose slab gels.

The HT DNA X-Mark Chip can be used to analyze up to 1,000 samples. The HT DNA X-Mark can be used with only the LabChip® GX Touch HT Nucleic Acid Analyzer and GXII Touch HT Protein Characterization System. Note: the HT chips are not compatible with GX Touch/GXII Touch 24 instruments.

The 24 DNA X-Mark Chip can be used to analyze up to 500 samples. The 24 DNA X-Mark Chip is designed to be used with both GX Touch 24 Nucleic Acid Analyzer and GXII Touch 24 Protein Characterization System. Additionally, 24 DNA X-Mark Chip can be used on GX Touch HT or GXII Touch HT instruments as well.

LabChip® GX Touch Reagent kits, cfDNA assay reagent kit (P/N CLS157242) and DNA NGS 3k reagent kit (P/N CLS960013), associated with these chips are sold separately.
