Fluorescently-labeled Texas Red-5-dUTP nucleotide analog for enzymatic incorporation, for direct fluorescence detection.
For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
This Texas Red® labeled analog of deoxyuridine triphosphate
(dUTP) is useful for labeling with a variety of methods including
nick translation, random priming, polymerase chain reaction (PCR),
and 3'-end labeling. Labeled products may be detected directly via
fluorescence.
