Fluorescently-labeled TAMRA-ddATP nucleotide analog for enzymatic incorporation, for direct fluorescence detection.
For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
TAMRA labeled dideoxyadenosine triphosphate is biologically active and can be incorporated with a variety of DNA polymerases including Taq, Klenow fragment, and Sequenase™. It terminates further incorporation and enables identification of the complementary base for applications like DNA sequencing and detection of point mutations via single base extension.
