Fluorescently-labeled Fluorescein-12-dGTP nucleotide analog for enzymatic incorporation, for direct fluorescence detection.
Fluorescently-labeled Fluorescein-12-dGTP nucleotide analog for enzymatic incorporation, for direct fluorescence detection.
This fluorescein labeled analog of deoxyguanosine triphosphate
(dGTP) is useful for labeling with a variety of methods including
nick translation, random priming, polymerase chain reaction (PCR),
and 3'-end labeling. Labeled products may be detected directly via
fluorescence or indirectly by combining with anti-fluorescein HRP or AP conjugates.
