Fluorescently-labeled Biotin-11-GTP nucleotide analog for enzymatic incorporation, for direct fluorescence detection.
For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
This biotin labeled analog of guanosine triphosphate (GTP) is used for labeling RNA probes via in vitro transcription with various RNA polymerases. Biotin labeled RNA probes are used in a variety of molecular biology applications including in situ hybridization and gene expression microarrays. Biotin-labeled products may be detected with streptavidin conjugates.
The number “11” in the compound name refers to the length of the linker arm between GTP and the label.
