Overview
The plate-based design allows users to conveniently process up to 24 samples per run with the aid of a pre-loaded protocol. These plates are compatible with liquid handing platforms, enabling users to take advantage of the increased walk-away time automation brings.
A validated protocol developed by Revvity enables users to quickly and efficiently automate the important peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) isolation stage of the T-SPOT™.TB test. The Auto-Pure 24 utilizes a tip-comb and 24 deep-well plates to process samples. Using positive selection, the magnetic rods collect the cell-antibody-bead complex, which is then washed and eluted.
