Anti-fluorescein antibody conjugated to alkaline phosphatase
For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
Antifourescein-alkaline phophatase (AP) is a high-sensitivity sheep polyclonal antibody that detects FITC and 5,6-carboxyfluorescein labeled proteins. It exhibits negligible non-specific binding for excellent performance characteristics and is applicable to western blotting, ELlSA, and immunohistochemistry. The antibody also recognizes nucleic acids labeled with Fluorescein-N4/N6 nucleotide analogs, applicable to Southern or Northern blotting, colony/plaque screens and in situ hybridization.
