Aminodigoxigenin (DIG) labeled deoxycytidine triphosphate (dCTP) is useful for labeling with a variety of methods including nick translation, random priming, polymerase chain reaction (PCR), and 3'-end labeling. Aminodigoxigenin-labeled products may be detected with anti-DIG antibody conjugates. For the highest sensitivity in detection, we recommend using an anti-DIG-HRP conjugate with tyramide signal amplification (TSA.
The number '9' in the compound name refers to the length of the linker arm between dCTP and the label.
