Overview
A fully validated protocol developed by Revvity enables users to quickly and efficiently automate the important peripheral blood mononuclear cell (PBMC) isolation stage of the T-SPOT.TB test. The Auto-Pure 10B uses magnetic rods to transport PBMCs through the various purification phases; mixing, binding, washing and elution.
The Auto-Pure 10B cell isolation system utilizes a strip based workflow, bringing enhanced operational efficiency to PBMC isolation. This allows users to deal with runs of variable sizes, optimizing consumable usage.
