Overview
The BQ Watchmaker® RNA Library Prep Accessory Kit enables the complete automation of Watchmaker RNA library preparation on the BQ NGS System for RNA sequencing on an Illumina® platform. When used in conjunction with the Watchmaker® RNA Library Prep kit from Watchmaker® Genomics, this accessory kit contains all necessary materials to prepare 32 reactions. The protocol is compatible with RNA samples that have undergone mRNA capture or ribosomal depletion, provided that the post-enrichment or depleted RNA is sufficient to meet input amount requirements.
Barcodes and BQ NGS – SE Cartridges (P/N CLS158240) should be purchased separately.
