pHSense probes are plate reader-compatible reagents featuring a time-resolved fluorescence (TRF) readout, specifically designed to advance studies on cellular internalization. These fluorescent probes exhibit dual pH sensitivity. Both fluorescence brightness and lifetime increase in acidic environments, while they remain minimal at neutral extracellular pH (≥7).
The pHSense Eu Reader Control Kit is designed to validate the ability of TRF readers to detect pHSense technology and to monitor their overall performance and suitability for this technology.
