DELFIA plates are specialized microplates engineered specifically for Revvity's DELFIA™ (Dissociation-Enhanced Lanthanide Fluorescent Immunoassay) technology, delivering exceptional sensitivity for demanding immunoassay applications. These plates feature ultra-low background fluorescence and optimized surface chemistry to minimize autofluorescence interference while maximizing protein binding efficiency and reducing non-specific binding. Available in 96-well and 384-well formats with various surface treatments including streptavidin-coated options, DELFIA plates provide consistent well-to-well performance critical for reliable time-resolved fluorescence measurements.
