Kit contains:

  • FFA120 Ladder (CLS158127, 1 vial, storage temperature -25 to -15°C)
  • FFA chip storage buffer (5 vials, storage temperature 2-8°C)
  • FFA marker (1 vial, storage temperature 2-8°C)
  • FFA gel matrix (6 vials, storage temperature 2-8°C)

Key Specification:

  • Sizing range: 20-120 nt
  • Concentration range: 4 nM – 2.5 µM Cy5-labeled DNA/RNA fragment
  • Sensitivity: 4 nM Cy5-labeled DNA/RNA fragment (before DMSO dilution)
  • Sizing resolution: 5 nt
  • Sizing reproducibility: CV < 5.0% or 4 nt
  • Run time: 60 seconds per well (~2.5 hours for 96 wells)
  • Chip preps for reagent kit: 5 HT preps or 10 LT preps
  • Maximum salt concentration: ≤ 20 mM Tris, 100mM KCl
  • Sample volume requirement: > 2 µL
