CHAMP™ Profiler provides high-resolution taxonomic and functional profiling of human-associated microbiomes from shotgun metagenomic sequencing data using a validated marker gene-based algorithm. It is designed for human microbiome, translational, and biotechnology research and supports analysis of microbial abundance and functional potential.

The NEXTFLEX™ Rapid XP v3 DNA-Seq Kit for Metagenomics pairs with NEXTFLEX UDI barcode adapters, sold separately, for sample multiplexing on Illumina® and Element Biosciences™ sequencing platforms. UDI configurations up to 1,536 indexes support projects ranging from small studies to high-throughput sequencing programs.
