Prepito miRNA 200 Kit

The purification of small RNA species such as microRNA (miRNA) is challenging because of the low concentrations, small fragment sizes (19-22 nucleotides) and tendency to be found in protein complexes. Due to its essential role in homeostasis, miRNA is an important biomarker for cancer and metabolic disease research.

With only minimal hands-on time, the chemagic miRNA kits enable high throughput and efficient extraction of circulating cell-free small RNA from 200 µl or 1 ml inputs in 24-well or 96-well format. The chemagic miRNA kits obtained equivalent yields to manual methods, while analysis by quantitative PCR and Next Generation Sequencing revealed high diversity and reliable performance.
