Overview
The oligonucleotide probes on the CGX™, CGX™ HD and CGX™ SNP arrays cover over 245 cytogenetically relevant regions, as well as genes involved in development, pericentromeric regions, and subtelomeres.
Almost every abnormality detected by CGX Oligo Arrays can be visualized by FISH. FISH confirmation might be required to identify structural changes and the possible source of any change. With the possibility for ordering unlabeled BAC clone DNA for confirmation purposes, Revvity offers a total solution package consisting of discovery and confirmation options.
