Vials contain I2S, GALNS, ARSB, GUSB, NAGLU, GLB1 and TPP1 Substrate (S) & Internal Standard (IS) compounds1-14 which can be used to measure endogenous Iduronate 2-sulfatase, Galactose 6-sulfatase, N-acetylgalactoseamine, β-glucoronidase, α-N-acetylglucosaminidase, βgalactosidase and Tripeptidyl peptidase activity levels, respectively, using a liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry method (LC/MS/MS).
