Live-cell imaging of ADC internalization and trafficking

Internalization and trafficking to lysosomes are critical steps for the efficacy of antibody-based treatments, especially antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). Effective methods to quantify this internalization in live cells are essential for research and development of ADCs and for understanding receptor biology.

Our application note describes the capabilities of the PhenoVue™ human IgG antibody internalization kit (Fluor 647, pH-sensitive) for real-time kinetic analysis and dose-response quantification of antibody internalization, demonstrated across multiple cell models and biologics/ADCs.

The kit provides a robust, ready-to-use solution for high-content imaging of antibody and ADC uptake in live cells.
