250 µCi quantities of dCTP, [α-32P]- 3000Ci/mmol 10mCi/ml EasyTides™ are available for your research. Deoxycytidine triphosphate, labeled on the alpha phosphate group with 32P.
Common applications include:
- DNA labeling: During enzymatic processes like random priming, DNA polymerases incorporate the [α-32P]dCTP into newly synthesized DNA strands.
- DNA sequencing
- Random priming: for producing labeled DNA probes
- Nick translation: for labeling DNA
- Labeling with Klenow, T7 DNA polymerase, terminal transferase (TdT)
