pHSense Eu probes for time-resolved fluorescence-based monitoring of antibody and ADC internalization

Antibody internalization is a critical step for evaluating the efficacy of therapeutic antibodies and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). Accurate detection of this process is essential for understanding mechanism of action, optimizing design, and accelerating drug development.

This technical note introduces pHSense™ Eu Fab reagents, Europium-labeled, pH-sensitive probes designed for no-wash, live-cell assays using time-resolved fluorescence (TRF). These reagents enable sensitive detection of antibody and ADC internalization while minimizing background signal.
