Application Note

Biochemical binding ADCC assays utilizing LANCE toolbox reagents for the characterization of hIgGs and FcγR1A

This application note presents a biochemical binding assay based on LANCE™ TR-FRET technology to characterize interactions between human IgGs and FcγRI (CD64). The approach provides accurate measurement of antibody binding affinity to support therapeutic antibody research and mechanism-of-action studies.

Key highlights:

  • High-throughput TR-FRET assay for quantifying FcγRI–IgG interactions and calculating IC₅₀ values for antibody binding affinity
  • Flexible assay configuration compatible with multiple Fc receptors and scalable across 384-well and 96-well formats.
  • Supports biologics workflows from early discovery to GMP lot release with robust and transferable performance.

For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
