Overview
The positive control lysate is prepared from U937 cells, cultured in a T175 flask to approximately 1X106 cells/mL in 10% FBS containing medium, the treated with 1% Pervanadate for 30min and lysed with 5X SureFire Ultra Lysis buffer.
