Overview

This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Phospho-PLC G1 (Tyr1253) Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate A431 cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, then treated with 250 ng/mL EGF for 10 minutes and lysed in 4 mL of 1X SureFire Ultra Lysis buffer.
