Overview
This control lysate is intended for use with the AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra Human Total eNOS Detection Kit or for use as a control for those running orthogonal or secondary assays along with the SureFire assay. To prepare the lysate, HUVEC cells were cultured to confluence in T175 flasks in 10% FBS containing medium, treated with 125 μM Pervanadate for 15 minutes and lysed with 8 mL of Lysis Buffer.
